Course Title – Roofing Industry and Issues Update for 2025
Course Description – Join GARCA and the Georgia IIBEC Chapter along with Mark Graham – NRCA’s Vice President of Technical Service for a networking breakfast, education session, and roundtable Q&A. Topics covered will include an overall update to the roofing industry in 2025, important building code updates, contractor / consultant / design professional coordination, and achieving true differentiation as a contractor. A roundtable question and answer session will follow.

Course Presenter – Mark Graham – National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) – Vice President of Technical Service
Mr. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. In 1984 he began his career in the roofing industry when he joined FJA Christiansen Roofing Co., Inc. in Milwaukee as an estimator and project manager. In 1986 he joined Wiss Janney Elstner Associates, Inc. in Northbrook, IL as a project engineer specializing in the investigation, design and repair of roofing and waterproofing systems.
Graham joined the NRCA in 1993. His responsibilities include developing and implementing the association’s technical positions, responding to inquires for technical assistance, serving as the association liaison with outside organizations, and developing and maintaining the association technical publications, including the NRCA Roofing Manual. Graham is also on the Editorial Advisory Board for NRCA Professional Roofing Magazine.
He is a member of the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) and is active in ASTM Committees D-8 Roofing and Waterproofing, C-16 Thermal Insulation, E-5 Fire Standards, and E-6 Performance of Buildings.
